Trichological diagnosis

When seeking treatments to prevent or restore hair loss, you should discuss your condition with a trichologist. A trichologist should perform some routine trichology tests to establish the cause of hair loss. This can then help them assess and apply the correct cause of treatment.

Below, we discuss some of the common questions and trichology tests you'll be asked by your trichologist to better prepare you for your first appointment. The trichological consultation includes a patient interview and clinical examinations.
